The archived Grooming page described two principal options: Basic Groom and Groom & Style. Basic Groom included two shampoos, conditioner, nail trim, sanitary and pad trims, ear cleaning and other grooming details. Groom & Style added a full cut and style.
The original team also described a separate Quiet Room and a take-home grooming Report Card. Their page explicitly welcomed cats as well as dogs.
